Requirements:

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in international relations, communications, philosophy, law, political science or related fields.

Knowledge: Intermediate proficiency in English. This will be evaluated during the interview.

Place and Schedule of Service:UPCH (main campus located in San Martín de Porres), Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Service Modality: In-person.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of general work experience in the public or private sector.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience performing similar functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage academic exchange programs for incoming mobility, coordinating with internal academic and administrative units as well as with partner foreign institutions.
• Execute and monitor the application, selection, and admission processes for international students and faculty, ensuring compliance with institutional, legal, and immigration requirements, and facilitating the processing of necessary documentation.
• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to international students before, during, and after their academic stay, addressing inquiries, providing useful information, and ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate the organization of internationalization-related events and activities associated with academic mobility, such as international fairs, information sessions, welcome events, intercultural and integration activities.
• Record and update information in institutional mobility systems, generating periodic reports to support tracking, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the program.
• Design and disseminate informational and promotional materials about academic mobility opportunities for international students and the university community, using institutional channels such as the website, social media, and newsletters.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partner institutions to strengthen academic cooperation and address operational or administrative issues related to mobility processes.
• Comply with and enforce all current institutional policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of the position.
